What you will do
- Prospect and execute institutional deals to expand the South Europe market.
- Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Develop business plans and maintain the sales pipeline via CRM.
- Coordinate RFI/RFPs and create sales materials for pitches and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product teams for feedback and sales handovers.
- Represent the company at third-party events and develop institutional partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in institutional financial technology sales.
- Experience in high-growth fintech start-ups is an advantage.
- Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization.
- Fluent in English, Italian, and/or Spanish.
- Must be able to travel within Europe.
