What you will do

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Achieve activity targets to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends to continuously improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Native Spanish speaker; a good level of English is highly valued.
  • Strong drive, proactivity, and a positive attitude toward cold calling.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachability and a strong motivation to learn.
  • Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
