Salary: $72,500 - $121,800 annually

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end new business sales cycle, including identifying potential clients, negotiating, and closing.
- Acquire and nurture partnerships with multifamily rental management companies nationwide.
- Conduct a high volume of regionally based calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage the sales pipeline and calendar.
- Represent the brand at multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product and marketing improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales or selling to accounts with complex decision-making processes.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Must be located in the USA and live within commuting distance of the assigned service area.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to meet with potential clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and data analytic tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level executive presentations.
