TL;DR

Sales Executive (Proptech): Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for hirify.global's Multi-Family Rental advertising solutions with an accent on partnership development and market analysis. Focus on closing net new accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and conducting high-level presentations with property management decision-makers.

Location: Must be based in the USA. This is a Field position; you must live within a reasonable commuting distance to your assigned region and be available to travel up to 50%.

Salary: $72,500 - $121,800 annually

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end new business sales cycle, including identifying potential clients, negotiating, and closing.
  • Acquire and nurture partnerships with multifamily rental management companies nationwide.
  • Conduct a high volume of regionally based calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage the sales pipeline and calendar.
  • Represent the brand at multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product and marketing improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales or selling to accounts with complex decision-making processes.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Must be located in the USA and live within commuting distance of the assigned service area.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to meet with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and data analytic tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level executive presentations.
