What you will do

• Drive execution of complex technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs to improve system scalability and patient experience.
• Collaborate with technical and clinical leaders to innovate virtual care architecture.
• Standardize and improve processes for scoping, launching, and measuring technical projects.
• Manage launch readiness and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Represent the Care Experience organization in technical forums and guide strategic tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 3-4 years of experience specifically within a highly technical HealthTech space.
