National Partner Manager – CDW Lead (Cybersecurity): Leading the strategic relationship between hirify.global and CDW to drive revenue growth and partner alignment across the cybersecurity portfolio with an accent on endpoint, network, cloud, and MDR solutions. Focus on managing a team of channel professionals, executing joint business plans, and expanding the footprint within CDW segments.

Location: Hybrid, Must be based in Chicago, IL and have legal authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Salary: $118,800 – $198,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a national partner strategy for CDW aligned with hirify.global' growth priorities.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across enterprise, mid-market, commercial, and public sector segments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers and Partner Development resources.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across CDW’s sales, security, SE, and services organizations.
  • Own pipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracy for CDW-driven business.
  • Promote the platform approach, positioning MDR/XDR as strategic growth drivers within the partnership.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success managing large national partners, ideally CDW or similar Nationals.
  • Experience leading teams and driving consistent revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions including endpoint, firewall, and MDR/XDR.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
