What you will do

• Support the Lead Tech Recruiter in driving high-quality candidate experiences and organized hiring processes.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Maintain ATS (Ashby) data integrity to provide clear pipeline visibility for hiring managers.
• Craft and refine job descriptions and outreach messaging.
• Represent the company brand and mission to all potential candidates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordination-heavy role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and maintain high ATS hygiene.
• Strong communication skills to engage candidates and keep internal partners informed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
• Must be based in the US (salary range provided specifically for New York City-based applicants).
