TL;DR

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour

What you will do

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for Talent Partners and hiring teams in a timely manner.
  • Manage onsite agendas, schedule debrief meetings, collect feedback, and prepare reports.
  • Support candidates throughout the virtual and onsite interview lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Monitor candidate movement and maintain data integrity within the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Support leadership teams with interviewer training and calibration.
  • Execute projects related to employer branding, system implementation, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • At least one year of full-cycle talent coordination experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, ATS, and various job posting platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
