Salary: $25 - $31 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner.
• Host and manage onsite candidates during their visits to the headquarters office.
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records in the Greenhouse ATS.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidate inquiries regarding products, positions, and company culture.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine and improve the recruiting process.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team on various projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or in an administrative support role.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with G Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Must be located in San Mateo, CA.
