Salary: $80k – $95k + Equity

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles in Sales, Customer Support, and Training
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and recruiting strategies
  • Manage pipeline health and communicate progress and insights to senior leadership
  • Design and maintain fair and efficient hiring processes to deliver a strong candidate experience
  • Drive the end-to-end offer process, including pre-closing, negotiation, and closing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments (in-house or agency)
  • Proven ability to source and convert passive candidates for high-volume roles
  • Experience partnering consultatively with hiring managers
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools and use of AI tools to optimize recruiting processes
  • Must reside and work full-time in one of the specified US states

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth-stage startup environments
  • Track record in high-volume recruiting within the Insurance or Mortgage industries
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Brighthire
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
