What you will do

• Partner with General Managers and engineering leaders to set the strategic direction for Cyber Security and IT Automation product pillars.
• Own the full financial planning process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year long-term planning.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis and KPI monitoring to provide actionable growth insights.
• Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities across product development, support, and delivery.
• Develop scalable financial models focusing on SaaS-specific metrics such as ARR growth, churn reduction, and LTV/CAC optimization.
• Manage a team responsible for financial reporting, planning, and pricing decisions for new product launches.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in finance or FP&A, preferably supporting high-growth SaaS or High Tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior operational leaders to drive business results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in translating data into insights using Excel, SQL, or financial planning software like Oracle EPBCS.
