Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support company-wide planning and forecasting, including the annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range plan (LRP) cycles.
• Own and manage the 5-year strategic financial model, translating qualitative initiatives into quantitative outcomes.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance packages for the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Assist in investor relations and M&A activities, including due diligence and target modeling.
• Champion the use of AI tools and automation to modernize and scale FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth or dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its integration into finance functions.
• Must be based in the USA.
