TL;DR

Head of Revenue Operations (SaaS): Managing the operational engine between GTM teams and data systems with an accent on customer success, marketing, and revenue predictability. Focus on scaling the revenue infrastructure to $50M ARR, optimizing GRR/NRR, and leading a distributed global team.

Location: Remote (Open to candidates based in US, LatAm, Israel, and Europe)

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus

What you will do

  • Oversee the full revenue cycle from top-of-funnel to payment, managing Customer Success, Support, and Marketing functions.
  • Drive retention and expansion strategies by owning GRR and NRR as primary performance metrics.
  • Own the HubSpot CRM infrastructure, ensuring data quality, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy for leadership.
  • Develop enterprise-level messaging and positioning to drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team spanning US and offshore time zones using an async-first operation.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting, territory planning, and the migration of financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, customer success leadership, or GTM operations.
  • Proven track record of managing distributed teams across different time zones (US + offshore).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with both enterprise and mid-market motions.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong ability to build complex retention cohort models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Must be comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup environment and have an ownership mentality.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CS platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing ERP/financial systems like NetSuite.
