Mid Market Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing a book of mid-market accounts to accelerate the adoption of financial automation solutions with an accent on retention, expansion, and renewal targets. Focus on conducting executive business reviews, optimizing AP/AR workflows, and driving product utilization for CFOs and controllers.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT

Salary: $97,600 – $137,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive product adoption, expansion sales, and subscription renewals to achieve monthly quotas.
  • Manage and retain strategic relationships within an enterprise book of business.
  • Monitor customer health and product utilization trends to drive proactive engagement.
  • Conduct business reviews and training webinars for controllers and CFOs of mid-market companies.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global's products and AP/AR accounting practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in revenue-owning, customer-facing roles (CSM, AM) within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and hitting quotas.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for executives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex projects.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Must be based in the US to be eligible for payroll and benefits

Nice to have

  • Experience in finance/accounting or AP/AR workflows.
  • Knowledge of common accounting systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience using Gainsight as a CRM to log customer interactions.
