Salary: $83,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower partners and end-users.
• Design and customize technical solutions using the open platform to solve unique business challenges.
• Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify opportunities and support customer retention.
• Conduct technical discovery, requirements gathering, and product demonstrations.
• Support partner upskilling and provide feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Software Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Superset or Power BI.
