What you will do

• Develop requirements to automate and scale core processes, translating needs into user stories and process flows.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from intake through delivery and post-launch validation.
• Gather and report data using Salesforce, IronClad, and Snowflake to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead billing systems initiatives to support diverse product and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Sales Operations, IT, Engineering, and Product Development as the primary point of contact.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to streamline operations and deliver scalable, system-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with business systems, focusing on the commerce-to-cash process.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in system implementations and user acceptance testing (UAT).
