Location: Hybrid - Must work on-site in Minneapolis, MN a minimum of three days a week

Salary: $98,884 - $133,783 per year

What you will do

• Provide front-line process and system support for internal customers and investment systems.
• Partner with Engineering and other Analysts to improve solution reliability and effectiveness.
• Interface with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and Market Data Vendors to capture business priorities.
• Oversee the movement of key data through complex systems and processes to ensure quality.
• Lead projects to implement new processes, systems, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of test cases for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6-8+ years of experience in the asset management industry.
• Strong experience with Aladdin or similar Portfolio Management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to communicate between portfolio managers, operations, and IT.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN.

Nice to have

• Technical aptitude with R, Python, and SQL/Snowflake.
• Experience with FactSet and Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income securities and benchmarks.
• MBA or CFA certification (completed or in progress).
