What you will do

• Build and maintain Marketo automation infrastructure, including audience segments, smart campaigns, and lead routing.
• Translate engagement frameworks into scalable email automation, nurture flows, and lifecycle programs.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and Clay for data enrichment and activation.
• Manage the marketable contact database, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Integrate and flow data across the GTM stack, including Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase.
• Establish system governance and QA standards to ensure automation is reliable and scalable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing automation or technical marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Expert-level Marketo experience in program architecture and lead scoring.
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or LeanData.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and JSON for data manipulation and API debugging.
• AI-first work style, actively using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor for optimization.
• Must be based in New York City.
