Salary: $130,500–$164,500 (USD) or C$124,600–C$149,500 (CAD)

What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central using industry best practices and established methodologies.
• Conduct gap analysis and lead joint process design sessions to align system functionality with client business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and design documents.
• Manage data migration strategies and collaborate with technical teams for execution and accuracy testing.
• Configure and test core BC modules and deliver creative solutions for complex client challenges.
• Mentor associate consultants and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 5-8+ years of overall consulting or relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. or Canada.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client sites and internal collaboration hubs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with the Business Central manufacturing module.
