Oracle Director (ERP)

Location: Hybrid (United States). Must be based in or near one of the specified office locations with in-person attendance required at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage full life cycle Oracle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals for clients.
• Configure applications, conduct iterative unit testing, and provide post-production support.
• Develop training materials and lead classes to ensure user adoption.
• Drive business cases for strategic initiatives and IT transformations.
• Coach and develop team members while contributing to practice thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a consulting practice serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Experience implementing Infor Applications.
