Transformation - Oracle Manager (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Phoenix, Atlanta, Kansas City, Charlotte, Portland, Pittsburgh, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Southfield, Philadelphia, or Arlington, United States. hirify.global office or client site. Travel of up to 40% may be required.

Salary: $147,200–$196,880 per year.

What you will do

• Support full life-cycle Oracle implementations across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, and future-state processes.
• Configure Oracle applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Design training materials and quick reference guides, and deliver end-user training.
• Define support procedures and contribute to complex, time-sensitive client projects.
• Meet targeted utilization and billing-hour expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least four years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients.
• At least four full life-cycle Oracle implementations and experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, software development life cycles, key metrics, reports, application integration, and back-end data connectivity.
• Industry-recognized professional certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to write technical documents and conduct meetings.
• Ability to work with clients to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Exposure to or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
