TL;DR
Junior Business Central Consultant (ERP): Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to optimize client business processes with an accent on requirement gathering, system configuration, and end-user training. Focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical ERP functionality to drive organizational growth.
Location: On-site in Tampa, FL (required five days per week)

What you will do
- Support the implementation and configuration of Business Central solutions based on client needs.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, and end-user training.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Business Central users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Create functional documentation and user guides.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on-site in Tampa, FL (North American hires are onboarded in person).
- Strong interest in ERP systems and business process improvement.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to have
- Internship or academic project related to ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERPs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools.
