TL;DR

Junior Business Central Consultant (ERP): Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to optimize client business processes with an accent on requirement gathering, system configuration, and end-user training. Focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical ERP functionality to drive organizational growth.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL (required five days per week)

What you will do

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Business Central solutions based on client needs.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, data migration, and end-user training.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Business Central users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Create functional documentation and user guides.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Tampa, FL (North American hires are onboarded in person).
  • Strong interest in ERP systems and business process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

  • Internship or academic project related to ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERPs.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools.
