What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of solutions engineers, managing workloads and project delivery.
• Define and optimize team processes and track SMART KPAs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership for scoping projects, managing partner requests, and optimizing the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue-generating activities.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-impact customer and partner engagements.
• Manage team budgets and workforce planning to address evolving resourcing needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (eligibility verified via E-Verify).
• 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience coaching and developing employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, Google BigQuery, Python, SDKs, and API integrations.
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
