Senior Manager, Technical Partner Solutions (MarTech): Leading the strategic evolution of hirify.global's technical engagement with ISV and Delivery Partners with an accent on scaling the ISV function and building scalable support frameworks for complex customer use cases. Focus on defining technical roadmaps, managing technical partner KPIs, and resolving technical friction between internal product teams and external partners.

Location: Chicago, Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000 – $182,000 (Base), OTE $129,000 – $214,000

What you will do

  • Define ISV prioritization and execute the technical partner strategy in alignment with broader business goals.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Product and Engineering to ensure integrations drive customer value and product adoption.
  • Manage and develop the Technical Partner Solutions function, providing mentorship and career pathing for ISV Partner Managers and Technical Advisors.
  • Establish and track technical partner KPIs, including integration quality, speed to market, and technical certification rates.
  • Craft a 12–24 month technical roadmap for partners that aligns with the long-term product vision.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for partner-related technical issues and resolve friction between internal and external engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions engineering, or ISV program management at a SaaS or MarTech company.
  • At least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expert knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and data integration patterns (ETL, CDPs, event streaming).
  • Hands-on experience with data infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, Segment, or mParticle.
  • Proven track record of building scalable processes, partner onboarding playbooks, and SLA frameworks in high-growth environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience with app marketplace or app store models.
  • Experience with self-service integration frameworks.
