What you will do

• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for the Personalization Engine, ensuring platform scalability and system reliability.
• Lead hands-on engineering work in MLOps, including feature stores, deployment pipelines, inference, and monitoring.
• Manage and mentor ML engineers, conducting rigorous code and design reviews to elevate technical excellence.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate patient journey touchpoints into concrete ML problems and solutions.
• Optimize feedback loops to enable models to learn autonomously and adapt to healthcare and economic landscapes.
• Integrate Generative AI features and agentic personalization into the core product ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in ML engineering, specifically building personalization or recommendation engines at scale.
• 1+ years of experience managing ML engineers and scientists, leading technical roadmaps from ideation to production.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems for consumer-facing products.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Experience building and integrating Generative AI features into personalization systems.
• Technical leadership experience that spans both ML engineering and general product engineering.
