What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps and manage capacity to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide the team in solving complex technical problems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, showcases, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, and establish work plans.
• Maintain high software quality standards by establishing strong engineering practices and habits.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York (Manhattan) for a hybrid work model
• 10+ years of experience delivering commercial enterprise software solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
• Deep technical expertise in C#, .NET, Java, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and data privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
