Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States and work across US time zones)

What you will do
- Oversee a portfolio of payer contract products from initial contract through GTM launch to drive practice enrollment.
- Develop and manage Payer segment strategies, including targeted ABM and personalized marketing initiatives for high-priority organizations.
- Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Performance, Corp Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure product understanding and meet growth goals.
- Research and convey value-based care contract terms relevant and desirable to primary care providers.
- Report on campaign performance, including contract signatures and in-market activation, providing evidence-based insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in product management or GTM execution.
- Deep understanding of contract terms and value capture within healthcare payer products.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and project management software.
- Must be based in the US and able to work across US time zones.

- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Monday.com.
