TL;DR

Sr. Specialist, Payer GTM (Healthcare): Executing the payer go-to-market strategy and leading the end-to-end launch of payer contract products to drive practice enrollment with an accent on product growth and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Focus on managing product portfolios from contract signature to market activation and optimizing growth measurement.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States and work across US time zones)

What you will do

  • Oversee a portfolio of payer contract products from initial contract through GTM launch to drive practice enrollment.
  • Develop and manage Payer segment strategies, including targeted ABM and personalized marketing initiatives for high-priority organizations.
  • Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Performance, Corp Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure product understanding and meet growth goals.
  • Research and convey value-based care contract terms relevant and desirable to primary care providers.
  • Report on campaign performance, including contract signatures and in-market activation, providing evidence-based insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in product management or GTM execution.
  • Deep understanding of contract terms and value capture within healthcare payer products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and project management software.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work across US time zones.

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Monday.com.
