What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic relationships with major platforms like Google, Meta, OpenAI, Amazon, and Walmart.
• Design and execute product-led GTM strategies to boost adoption and deepen technical integrations.
• Deliver against Partnership & Services Revenue (PSR) targets through high-value deal negotiation.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships to evolve collaborations and increase attach rates.
• Source and land new high-potential partners to strengthen the data and hirify.global ecosystem.
• Provide strategic intelligence on partner roadmaps and market dynamics to influence product strategy.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic business development, platform partnerships, or ecosystem roles.
• Proven track record of scaling relationships with major tech platforms and marketplaces.
• Strong product acumen with the ability to lead product-led discovery and navigate technical conversations.
• Direct experience driving measurable revenue through partnerships with clear ownership of targets.
• Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring skills with a win-win mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
