Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the annual operating budget process and develop quarterly rolling financial forecasts to align targets with corporate strategy.
• Manage complex, driver-based financial models to forecast business performance under various scenarios.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and present insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee monthly financial review packages and KPIs for the CFO and Board of Directors.
• Partner with technical and operational teams to analyze the financial implications of business decisions and ROI on new initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts to foster their professional development as the team grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of building rigorous analytics or financial infrastructure from the ground up.
• Experience modeling GAAP financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the credit card or financial services industry.
• At least 3 years of experience managing an FP&A function.
• Proficiency with EPM tools (Workday Adaptive, OneStream, etc.) and data tools like SQL or Python for automation.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI to modernize traditional financial modeling.
