What you will do

• Lead the development, onboarding, and ongoing growth of the internal affiliate and promoter program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate partners, including communications and performance tracking.
• Oversee project timelines and execution across all affiliate campaigns.
• Build and manage affiliate budgets, including guest list allocations and campaign spend.
• Drive affiliate recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and brand priorities.
• Manage the Project Affiliate Coordinator and oversee team development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or project management.
• Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns or programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring sponsorship for a visa.
• Ability to travel to work events during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
