What you will do

• Manage ticket intake, triage, and escalation for Managed Application Services (MAS) support.
• Administer hirify.global platform user accounts and permissions.
• Build and modify workflows, business rules, and system automations.
• Develop and adjust fee calculations and resolve urgent system issues.
• Create and update reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Support service pack and release testing, providing guidance for client-led testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Experience implementing and supporting the hirify.global Civic Platform.
• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, and system administration.
• Experience supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Bronze Certified Implementation Professional.
• Certified JavaScript Developer or Certified Scrum Developer (Agile experience).
• Proficiency with T-SQL, PL/SQL, and hirify.global data migration tools.
• Experience with hirify.global Citizen Access, hirify.global IVR, and hirify.global GIS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
