Salary: $118,000 – $148,000 (fixed annual) + bonus/equity, total $153,700 – $195,200

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of business by securing revenue across social marketing and advertising products
  • Develop and manage relationships with agency account, strategy, and planning teams
  • Position Vyro and hirify.global media offerings within larger agency media plans and campaign concepts
  • Design multi-platform solutions combining creator integrations, social amplification, and paid media
  • Lead the full sales cycle from agency education through deal execution and renewal
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign design with production and delivery capabilities
  • Support post-campaign analysis and use performance data to drive renewals and upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital or social advertising sales
  • Experience working with brand and agency partners on media planning and campaign execution
  • Existing relationships with agency account, strategy, and planning teams
  • Working knowledge of social platforms and advertising ecosystems
  • Ability to explain technical platform capabilities in terms of business outcomes
  • Experience using measurement tools such as Brand Lift, attribution platforms, or GAM
  • Strong understanding of how brand marketing budgets are structured and allocated
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, operations, and platform teams
