What you will do

• Administer U.S. benefit plans, programs, and systems, including new hire and annual enrollments.
• Resolve employee and vendor issues regarding benefits and 401(k) selections.
• Coordinate benefit deduction information with the Payroll team and audit medical waivers.
• Manage invoice reconciliation and payment requests for benefit vendors.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Support compliance efforts for retirement programs and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 3+ years of HR, Payroll, or Benefits experience (Bachelor's preferred).
• Knowledge of HR regulations, retirement, wellness, and Workers' Compensation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with payroll or HR systems (UKG Pro is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
