What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on GTM and enterprise sales in EMEA.
• Partner with sales, business development, and operations to support high-growth initiatives.
• Monitor and apply European legal developments regarding AI, data protection, and tech frameworks.
• Develop and localize contract templates, playbooks, and regional policies.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional global teams.
• Contribute to scaling the Legal Team's commercial function and fostering a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
