Salary: $181,000 - $206,100

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate inbound commercial agreements and supporting procurement documents.
• Provide practical legal advice on risks, agreement structures, and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Privacy, and Security to develop global contracting processes.
• Create scalable contracting frameworks, playbooks, and standards to support high-growth needs.
• Train internal stakeholders on non-standard terms and common revision requests.
• Research and analyze emerging laws and judicial decisions to develop guidance materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial procurement agreements, preferably in-house at a SaaS company.
• Admitted to practice law in the U.S.
• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience with DPAs, BAAs, and AI-related terms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid office model.
