What you will do

  • Advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on legal risks, compliance, and business strategy for complex sales transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, reseller, and professional services contracts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Product Managers to drive deal velocity and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives to optimize contract templates and align them with industry best practices.
  • Design and deliver advanced training programs and enablement tools for sales and internal business partners.

Requirements

  • Qualified attorney admitted to practice in the United States and a member of one or more state Bar(s) in good standing.
  • 5+ years of in-house legal experience, with mandatory experience in the IT/software sector.
  • Substantial expertise in various software licensing models, including SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, security requirements, and revenue recognition rules.
  • Proven skill in utilizing AI tools as part of legal responsibilities.
