Location: Remote (USA); however, applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated procurement and data privacy agreements to ensure policy alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on non-standard terms and requested edits.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end contract workflow using CLM tools like LinkSquares and Zip.
• Partner with legal, security, and privacy teams to streamline the cradle-to-grave contract process.
• Drive value and mitigate risk by leading strategic procurement-related contracting needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related corporate contract management experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
• Must be based in the United States to align with compensation and office expectations.
• Significant experience in oral negotiations, risk awareness, and project management.
• Proficiency with contract management systems (CLM) and electronic signature software like DocuSign.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse and complex workload while proactively anticipating issues.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree or Juris Doctor.
• Experience with GDPR, cyber-security, and AI-related contract negotiations.
• Prior experience working in a SaaS company or other highly regulated industry.
