Associate General Counsel (Legal)

Salary: $234,200 - $374,800

What you will do

• Manage the global litigation portfolio, including patent, IP, commercial, class action, and employment claims.
• Lead internal investigations regarding compliance and Code of Conduct matters.
• Advise on global compliance programs, covering product regulatory, trade, and environmental obligations.
• Partner with the People & Culture team on HR programs and employment litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with business leaders across the U.S., Ireland, Switzerland, and Asia to provide strategic legal guidance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience managing complex litigation and investigations for a global company.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. federal and state employment law requirements.
• Ability to operate effectively across international legal frameworks.
• Must be based near San Jose, CA to satisfy hybrid requirements (3+ days per week in office).
