Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute complex engineering assignments using independent judgment.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers, designers, and CAD operators.
• Develop detailed technical reports, studies, and system analyses.
• Evaluate equipment performance and review system adjustments post-installation.
• Represent the firm in multidisciplinary coordination meetings with architects and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EIT accepted with intent to obtain PE.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in building systems design.
• Proven ability to perform complex engineering calculations and technical evaluations.
• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Rochester or Buffalo, NY.
