What you will do

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including visitor greetings, call handling, and the reception inbox.
  • Maintain daily office standards to ensure spaces like kitchens and meeting rooms are tidy, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Coordinate and deliver office events, social activities, and monthly celebrations.
  • Manage the office component of onboarding, including workstation setup, access cards, and welcome packs.
  • Ensure the Sydney office remains compliant with health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Keep the Office Coordinator handbook, checklists, and contact lists accurate and updated.

Requirements

  • Experience in office coordination, front of house, or administration.
  • Background in a corporate, tech, or professional services environment (preferred).
  • Proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Confidence in interacting with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.
