What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule open client jobs by assigning the most appropriate caregivers.
• Maintain scheduling and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and following up on late caregivers.
• Participate in an after-hour on-call phone rotation every 3-4 weeks.
• Provide administrative support, including invoicing, payroll management, and tracking KPIs.
• Handle office communications and general virtual assistant tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in an office or customer service setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically WellSky or ClearCare.
• Expertise in Excel and basic computer operations (data entry, word processing).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to join video calls without prior notice.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts according to the CST timezone.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
