Location: 100% remote, must be based in the United States and/or Canada
Salary: $59,000 - $84,000 USD (Base)

What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in assigned territories.
- Conduct discovery conversations with target accounts to qualify opportunities and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Research and prioritize target accounts to identify key players and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Execute multi-touch outreach cadences via call, email, and social channels using Outreach.
- Manage, track, and report all prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to build targeted account lists and campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- English: Proficiency is required for effective communication.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong phone, listening, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach and prioritize tasks independently.
