TL;DR

Enterprise Market Development Representative (SaaS): Driving enterprise business growth by identifying strategic accounts and executing prospecting strategies with an accent on outbound lead generation and C-level engagement. Focus on building a high-quality pipeline, coordinating tradeshows, and optimizing cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Must be based in Austin, TX (in office Mon, Tue, Thu; daily for the first month). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential enterprise accounts to develop strategic outreach strategies.
  • Manage inbound enterprise leads and coordinate first meetings with Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities from closed-lost opportunities and the current customer book of business.
  • Coordinate tradeshows and events, strategically following up on leads to build the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to execute prospecting strategies and drive closed-won opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level IT executives, mid-market, and enterprise-focused MSPs or Resellers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce (or other CRM) and SalesLoft (or other sales engagement platforms).
  • Experience meeting minimum call volume and/or talk-time goals in a quota-driven environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX and have valid US work authorization (no Visa sponsorship available).
