Location: Remote (USA), primarily domestic travel up to 75%, Eugene, OR territory

Salary: $85,000 base

What you will do

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success in assigned accounts
• Partner with Clinical Specialists for case coverage and smooth handoffs
• Train surgeons, OR, and office staff on setup, workflow, and scheduling
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding pathway and competency milestones
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and events
• Gather customer feedback for product and program improvements
• Manage CRM, expense reports, and case logs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B
• Demonstrated customer engagement and technical aptitude
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically
• Achieve independent case coverage within 60 days post-training

Nice to have

• Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
• Proficient in OR training and procedural support
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented with CRM skills
• Fluent in Spanish
