Location: Remote from Northeast US (Boston, MA preferred; territory: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine); extensive field travel throughout the region required.

What you will do
- Own full Northeast territory performance including pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site organizations.
- Lead with clinical differentiation, translating EEG diagnostics, workflow advantages, and data quality into value propositions for physicians, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Execute product demonstrations, support clinical validation, attend conferences for leads and KOL development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics for onboarding, utilization, and retention.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Zoho and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience; 4+ years in sleep, cardiopulmonary, or neurology-adjacent diagnostics.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in field-based territory roles.
- Ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles.
- Strong clinical curiosity, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Northeast region.
