What you will do
- Engage consumer-focused prospects to identify broken processes and position 's solutions.
- Build business value, navigate complex environments, and align stakeholders around the platform.
- Deliver consultative presentations to C-suite executives including CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders in Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
- Own opportunity management, apply value-based selling, and accurately forecast business.
- Identify expansion via cross-selling and up-selling in targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Reps, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 10-15 years direct consultative sales experience overachieving quota in competitive markets.
- Extensive experience selling complex SaaS (ERP, supply chain, HCM) to Fortune 2000 companies.
- Proven success in multiple LOBs and multi-threaded buying centers.
- Career stability and mastery of outcome-based methodologies (Challenger, TAS, MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman).
- Experience selling into Consumer accounts (FMCG, F&B, Apparel, Retail).
- Understanding of consumer-facing enterprise challenges.
