What you will do

• Develop and manage product supply plans to meet quarterly financial revenue goals and order cycle time objectives.
• Serve as a cross-functional interface between Sales, Operations Regional Planning, and Partner teams.
• Create weekly allocation plans across channels and perform reporting reviews to align execution with supply.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact.
• Drive and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) operational activities to ensure customer experience.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive sustainability goals, including carbon neutrality by 2030.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, or procurement.
• Proven track record in supply and demand planning, including managing allocation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas for hybrid work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize data to drive insights.
