What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end global deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES, IIoT platforms, advanced analytics, and digital twins.
• Serve as the primary IT leader for IT/OT convergence, integrating shop-floor technologies with enterprise IT platforms.
• Own deployment roadmaps and rollout sequencing across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments.
• Drive organizational change management to ensure high adoption of digital solutions at the plant and regional levels.
• Define and track KPIs tied to productivity, quality, cost, and reliability to ensure measurable ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, Digital Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 domains.
• 4+ years of experience leading global or regional technology deployments.
• Strong expertise in MES, MOM systems, IIoT platforms, edge computing, and cloud architecture.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and industrial cybersecurity principles (e.g., IEC 62443).
• Must be based in or able to work from Maumee, OH, US.
