What you will do

• Drive complex programs from initiation to value realization, managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate product and business objectives into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate across Product and Engineering teams to facilitate planning and retrospectives.
• Establish governance and reporting to provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify systemic delivery gaps and contribute to APMO standards and playbooks.
• Embed AI into day-to-day coordination and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in delivery-at-scale and adapting frameworks to specific contexts.
• Strong working partnerships with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
• Clear understanding of the connection between product delivery and business results.
• Strong command of agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Concise, structured, and influence-led communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Exposure to value tracking or outcome frameworks.
• Track record of evolving existing organizational norms.
