What you will do

• Drive integrated delivery across digital products, managing dependencies and risks across complex workstreams.
• Evolve the Scaled Agile delivery framework to ensure clarity in backlog decomposition and cross-team alignment.
• Serve as a hands-on expert in Azure DevOps, governing standards for hierarchy, traceability, and reporting.
• Lead program-level governance forums to ensure clear decision-making and alignment across business and technical partners.
• Develop program dashboards to provide visibility into delivery performance, release readiness, and execution health.
• Lead the application of AI-enabled solutions to streamline delivery processes and improve program insights.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (Visa sponsorship is not available)
• Deep expertise leading agile programs at scale within complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including workflow configuration and dashboard development.
• Proven ability to lead process design and continuous improvement within an Agile PMO.
• Extensive experience in SDLC and digital product delivery across engineering and business functions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
