What you will do
- Proactively engage at-risk customers to reduce attrition and increase revenue.
- Conduct investigations into customer support history and perform needs analyses based on business requirements.
- Handle high-volume pricing reviews and negotiate sustainable pricing plans with customers.
- Manage escalations from business partners and respond to NPS feedback to resolve concerns.
- Educate new accounts on the complexities of integrated processing and communicate the value of services.
- Collaborate with Client Care and Pricing Analysis teams to address pricing requests.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Highly articulate communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Ability to meet standard KPI and SLA standards.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Bachelorβs Degree.
- 1+ year of experience in the Credit Card Industry.
- 1+ years of account management or sales experience.
