What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with client finance and operations teams to explain MoR models, liability shifts, and PCI compliance.
- Partner with the Payments Pricing Team to incorporate sophisticated financial modeling and cost-savings analysis into client value propositions.
- Analyze and explain Card Present (CP) and Card Not Present (CNP) payment flows to ensure solution architecture aligns with client environments.
- Prepare comprehensive client briefings and document deal solutions for high-stakes presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor the payments sales pipeline to track MoR opportunities and suggest workflow improvements for onboarding.
- Act as the Voice of the Field for the Payments Product team to align the roadmap with real-world client feedback.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in client-facing advisory or sales support roles, such as Solutions Consulting or Senior Sales Engineering.
- Deep understanding of the payment card lifecycle, specifically proficiency in CP and CNP flows and pricing structures.
- Strong financial acumen and experience collaborating on financial models to prove ROI for payment architecture shifts.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical features into actionable business insights for executive leadership.
- Proficiency in managing sales documentation and CRM software.
- Ability to travel across the USA and Canada to support client consultations and team training.
- Must be based in Atlanta.
